Heart of Scottsville Night with the Bowling Green Hot Rods
Enjoy a Bowling Green Hot Rods game with friends and neighbors while supporting Heart of Scottsville. Tickets purchased through our link benefit Heart, and all Scottsville guests will be seated together in a special section.

The Heart of Scottsville Board of Directors meets monthly to guide organizational priorities, review projects and programs, and support the ongoing work of downtown revitalization. Community members are welcome to attend.
July First Friday
July First Friday features our annual Stars, Stripes, and Spokes Parade. We will have all your favorites - food trucks, artisan vendors, live entertainment, and classic car show - plus Summer sounds by local DJ ASAP.
Bring your kids to join the bike parade. It’s FREE to enter. Just deck out your bikes, trikes, and wagons in festive, patriotic decor and meet at the courthouse at 6:00 to join the fun. The parade will circle downtown before lining up in center Square to announce the winners.
After First Friday, we invite you to head over to Dugas Park for Fireworks in the Park.

August First Friday
August First Friday features all your favorites - food trucks, artisan vendors and live entertainment - plus our Chalk the Block activity station. Guests are invited to decorate downtown with their best and most creative chalk art.

On the first Friday of each month, Historic Downtown Scottsville transforms into a special marketplace featuring local entertainment, craft vendors, and extended hours for our local shops, boutiques and restaurants.
It’s a true Kentucky hometown experience, and everyone is welcome.
6:00-8:00PM - Rain or Shine (unless otherwise listed)
The square is closed to traffic from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM on First Friday. There is plenty of FREE parking throughout the downtown, including behind The Washington Center, the Health Department, and the Library.
