Safety Rules

  • Tents + Setup

    Use weights on every tent leg. Minimum 25 lbs per leg; 40 lbs per leg is best.

    No stakes in pavement. No loose ropes across walkways.

    Secure signs, racks, and backdrops so they can’t tip.

    Keep your goods inside your space (no spillover into aisles).

  • Power + Cords

    Bring one outdoor‑rated 3‑prong extension cord up to [50 ft].

    Tape or cover any cords that cross a walkway.

    No generators unless we approve in writing.

  • Food + Heat

    Food vendors must follow local health rules and have needed permits on site.

    Keep any heat source stable and away from guests, tents, and fabric.

    Have a small fire extinguisher if you cook.

  • Weather

    We are rain or shine, but high winds or lightning may pause or end the event.

    If wind picks up, lower or remove your canopy and keep weights on.

  • Courtesy

    No smoking or vaping inside booths.

    Keep music low so neighbors can be heard.

    Be kind to guests and other vendors. We’re all here to have a good night.

  • Trash

    Pack in, pack out. Use bins for small trash. Take boxes and big items with you.

  • Standard booths are 10' x 10'. Large booths are 10’ x 20’. Food trucks get a space to fit the vehicle. Tell us if you need more room.

  • No. Please bring your own setup and weights.

  • Power is limited. Request it on your application. If approved, bring an outdoor cord. No generators without written okay.

  • Family‑friendly goods only. You are responsible for following all laws, permits, and age rules for what you sell.

  • Food vendors need current health permits. All vendors handle their own sales tax.

  • Within 3 days of applying. If we’re full, we may place you on a waitlist.

  • We are rain or shine. For unsafe weather (like lightning or high winds), we may delay, move, or end early. If we cancel before start for safety, we will credit your fee to another date.

  • Vendor fees are non‑refundable. You can always ask to switch to a later date if space allows.

  • Only with our approval. Tell us in your application.

  • We’ll send a parking map with your arrival email. Please unload, then move your car to vendor parking.

  • No. Early tear‑down is not safe. Please stay open until 8:00.

  • Your vendor email will include an on‑site phone number and check‑in location.
